Separate&split pressurized solar water heater
Solar& Electric:
The water tank is separate from collector. Split pressurized vaccum tube solar water heater is convinent to install and use. It works with pressure up to 0.6 Mpa and can normally work in all climate. The absorptive coating of vaccum tube is ALN/ALN-SS/CU. This coating has high absorbing ratio(0.94) and low emission ratio(0.6). The heat efficiency is 0.64. The life span of the vaccum tube is 15 years. The vaccum tube is made of borosilicate 3.3. No water in the vaccum tube. Even if some vaccum tubes are broken, the integrated pressurized vaccum tube solar water heater can normally work.
Characteristics:
1. It is not easy to be frozen and cracked down even in hash weather.
2. The shortcoming of bursting of tube or water leakage due to aged rubber ring is eradicated;
3. The water tank is welded scientifically under the high frequency weld and argon-arc weld. The integrated pressurized vaccum tube solar water heater can be directly connected with tap water system to operate automatically with pressure-bearing.

Specification:
1. The inner tank is made of SUS304-2B stainless steel (thickness: 0.3mm-0.6mm). There is copper coil(optional) in the tank, and the heat water just come from the copper not from the tank;
2. The outer tank is made of a grade color steel. (thickness: 0.3mm-0.6mm).
3. Heat insulation layer: Imported PU(thickness: 55-60mm).
4. The normal size of vaccum tube is 58mm*1800 and 47mm*1500mm.
5. The bracket is made of galvanized steel with power painting (thickness: 1.2mm-1.5mm).
6. Bracket degree: 45 /38 degree(normal). The actual value can be adjusted according to your latitude.
7. Rated Voltage of electric heater: 220V or 110V
8. Manifold: Outer: Aluminium alloy or stainless steel, inner: Rock wool with red copper pipe.
